The Service is intended solely for lawful, legitimate stress testing and resilience evaluation. Any unauthorized use against third-party resources or systems you do not own or control, or for which you do not have explicit permission to test, is strictly prohibited.

1. Important Disclosures

The following points clarify the nature of the Service and your responsibilities as a user:

1.1. Testing Limitations. While the Service aims to provide effective load-testing and security assessment capabilities, it does not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities or weaknesses. The absence of reported issues does not mean that the tested system is fully secure or free of defects.

1.2. User Liability. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all consequences arising from your use of the Service. This includes any damages, legal repercussions, or other liabilities resulting from your testing activities or misuse of the Service.

1.3. Anti-Abuse Policy. Any account identified as participating in fraudulent activity, scams, unauthorized testing, or other abusive or malicious behavior may be immediately terminated without refund. The Service maintains a zero-tolerance stance on abuse and illegal use.

1.4. Violation Consequences. Breaching any provision of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. Whether a violation has occurred is determined at the sole discretion of the Service operator, and such determinations are final.

1.5. Service Guarantees. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain uptime and functionality in accordance with your plan, we cannot guarantee specific results, impacts, or outcomes on any tested target.

1.6. Service Scope. The Service explicitly guarantees only the testing power, uptime, and features stated in the plan description. External factors – including third-party networks, routing, and target-side protections – are outside the operator’s control and are not guaranteed in any way.

1.7. Target Variability. Successful delivery of test traffic does not guarantee that the tested resource will show visible impact or performance degradation. Results may vary significantly depending on target infrastructure, configuration, and mitigation technologies.

2. Service Usage

2.1. Testing government, military, educational, banking, healthcare, or other critical infrastructure systems is strictly prohibited. Attempting to bypass safeguards that protect such categories is considered a serious breach of these Terms.

2.2. The Service is designed solely for evaluating network and infrastructure resilience. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of any tested system.

2.3. You represent and warrant that you have clear, explicit authorization for every target you test. You may be required to verify ownership or control of the tested resources. Failure or refusal to provide proof when requested may result in immediate account termination.

2.4. The operator may terminate or restrict accounts upon receiving credible complaints, abuse reports, or legal notices of unauthorized use, and may do so without independently verifying the underlying claims.

2.5. Technical filters or safeguards may be implemented to automatically block certain protected targets. These mechanisms are an additional layer of protection and do not relieve you from your responsibility to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1. You are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each plan or subscription is intended for use by a single individual or entity only.

3.3. Selling, renting, transferring, or sharing API keys or other forms of access with third parties is not allowed and may result in immediate termination of your account.

3.4. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and to update such information as needed. The operator may verify or request additional information at any time.

3.5. Operating multiple accounts for the same user or entity is not permitted. If multiple related accounts are detected, they may be suspended or terminated at the operator’s discretion.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1. Payments are processed through secure payment providers or gateways. You agree to comply with the terms and policies of those providers as well.

4.2. Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your plan before the renewal date in accordance with the instructions provided in your account or on the website.

4.3. As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once a subscription becomes active. All transactions are considered final unless a different policy is explicitly communicated for a specific offer or required by applicable law.

4.4. Pricing and plan features may change over time. You will be notified in advance if changes affect your existing subscription at the point of renewal.

4.5. Promotional credits, bonuses, or balances are subject to their own terms and will expire as specified in the related promotion or campaign details.

5. Privacy and Security

5.1. The Service may retain basic logs of testing activities for a limited period (for example, up to 30 days) for security, operational, and legal purposes. Such records may be disclosed to competent authorities upon receipt of a valid legal request.

5.2. Reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption where appropriate, are used to help protect user data and communications associated with the Service.

5.3. The operator may monitor aggregate usage patterns to detect abuse and ensure stability. Detailed content of individual tests or specific targets is not intentionally collected beyond what is necessary for security, operation, compliance, or troubleshooting.

5.4. The operator will comply with valid legal requests from law-enforcement or regulatory authorities to the extent required by applicable law.

5.5. You are responsible for maintaining your own security measures when accessing the Service, including securing devices, networks, and login credentials against unauthorized access.

6. Service Limitations

6.1. Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions or performance degradation.

6.2. Testing power, duration, concurrency, and other resource limits are tied to the subscription plan you choose. Attempts to exceed these limits may result in throttling, queuing, or temporary restriction of your activity.

6.3. API rate limits and usage caps apply to preserve overall stability and fairness for all users of the Service.

6.4. Additional dynamic limitations or safeguards may be enabled during high-demand periods to maintain acceptable performance for the majority of users.

6.5. The effectiveness of the Service against particular protections, filters, or mitigation systems may vary significantly. No guarantee is made that any specific test will produce a desired or measurable effect.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2. The operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7.3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator and any related parties from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7.4. The operator does not assume any responsibility for misuse of the Service. Full responsibility for how the Service is used lies with the account holder and any individuals acting under that account.

7.5. The operator is not responsible for any disruptions, data loss, system instability, or other negative consequences that may result from running tests using the Service.

8. Termination

8.1. The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if such action is deemed necessary to protect the Service or other users.

8.2. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. In such cases, you are not entitled to any refund for unused portions of your subscription unless otherwise required by law.

8.3. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity obligations) will remain in effect after your account is closed.

8.4. You may request voluntary closure of your account by contacting support. Termination at your request does not grant any automatic right to refunds for remaining subscription time.

9. Changes to Terms
